What is VU Grading Scheme of Virtual University of Pakistan?

Assalam-o-Alaikum!
I trust everybody is fine. I have seen that everybody is confounded about the passing criteria of examination in Virtual college. Everybody is confounded about the level of imprints considered as go in each subject. So as indicated by the new reviewing plan of examination, 20% administer has changed at this point. You need to score half as total in each subject to pass.
Reviewing Scheme for Masters or Bachelor Degree:
Reviewing plan of vu for all expert’s degrees or roar is as per the following
  • Midterm = 35%
  • Final term = 45%
  • Scholarly exercises (Assignments + GDBs + Quiz) = 20%
  • Add up to 100%
Evaluating Scheme for MS Degree:
Evaluating plan for MS degree is as per the following
  • Midterm = 30%
  • Final term = 30%
  • Assignments + Academic research project = 40%
  • Add up to = 100%
Passing Criteria of Virtual University:
The passing criteria or plan of VU has changed at this point. As per the new plan an understudy must need to show up in the exam without a doubt. Ensure you don't miss any of your exam else you will get F review regardless of whether you show up in finals (in the event that you missed midterm exam of a specific subject yet showed up in definite term at that point there is no way to pass since you didn't show up in midterm so your scholarly exercises and last term won't have any effect and you will get F in the subject) So make a point not to miss any term exam neither midterm nor final term
If you don't mind take note of that in the event that you got even 1 stamp in midterm in a specific subject then you are pass since midterm result does not choose your evaluating. Result and reviewing either pass or fall flat relies on total outcome, for example,
  • Midterm + Academic exercises + Final term = half
In the event that you have under 20% in midterm exam then it is no issue you are not fizzle. There is as yet an opportunity to pass the subject by buckling down in conclusive term and scholastic exercises i.e. task, GDB, test and so on the grounds that review is computed in totality of midterm, scholarly exercises and last term rate and your aggregate last grade including midterm, last term and scholastic exercises must be at least half in light of the fact that underneath half is equivalent to F review.

Checking Scheme:
You need to score half as total in each subject to go as
Midterm + Academic exercises + Final term = half
So stamping plan of exams depends on the accompanying principle given underneath and based on this administer add up to definite review or CGPA is computed.
  • Midterm + [Assignment, Quiz, GDB] + Final term = half = Pass
  • Midterm + [Assignment, Quiz, GDB] + Final term = Less than half = Fail
I trust it is clear at this point. Try not to freeze if midterm rate is underneath than 20% you are not come up short. You can pass your subject by buckling down in final term and scholarly exercises. Past 20% lead isn't appropriate at this point. It was changed since fall 2013.
