Make a web page that looks like the page in the given sample. The page should have for divisions as shown in the sample. The divisions should be aligned in the same way.

ASSIGNMENT question IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION 

1. Page should have the same background color
2. All three portions should be made using div tag of html
3. The size of each div should look similar to the given divs in the sample page
4. The heading should be 20 pixels in size, Arial font, bold and underlined
5. The remaining text should be 14 pixels in size, Times New Roman and the colors should be as shown in the example
6. The hyperlink colors active, hover and visited all should be differently implemented by you
7. The arrow image in third div should be a hyperlink to vulms.vu.edu.pk
8. Also, you need to follow the instructions provided as the div texts for their background, alignment, borders etc.
9. Missing any of these required steps will result in deduction of marks.
