1. Go
for a 30 min walk daily in the morning.

day. Walking on a brisk path one mile will reduce 90 calories per day.
2. Drink 8 glass of water.
Drinking 1 liter of water on daily bases
for a few months will reduce 2 kg.
3. Use one cup of green tea
Make a habit to
use at least one cup of green tea. One cup of green tea decrease 100 calories /
day. It increases metabolism and makes heart muscles strong. According to a
survey the women who drinks one cup of green tea have 90 % chances to immune
from cancer than the other.

Climbing stairs
Just two minutes
extra stair climbing a day is enough to stop average middle age weight gain.
Stairs climbing 10 minutes twice cut 76.5 calories/day and up to 17000 calories
/year.
5. Avoid adding sugar in tea and coffee
Sugar in warm
types of drinks like and coffee creates more fat than other drinks. A cup of
tea without sugar will cut 16 calories per/day.
