An HR manager of a textile company Mr. James usually hires his relatives and the ones who are known to him on supervisory positions, for that purpose, he ignores some steps of recruitment and selection process. Additionally, he gives proper attention to recruitment process only when the organization needs to hire any person for a senior most position.
